Turkey Apple Spinach Salad

So you want to eat healthy but always on the go? Don't let time be an excuse anymore. Here is a recipe for one of my favorite salads. It is healthy, easy and tasty! You can toss this salad together in no time. It literally took me 15 minutes to prepare this and that is including the time it took me to take pictures and clean up.



Ingredients:


3 cups fresh spinach
3 ounces Turkey meat, chopped (I use Dietz & Watson Gourmet Lite)
1/2 small apple, diced
2 T. sliced almonds
2 T. feta crumbles
1 T. reduced sugar dried cranberries
2 T. Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette or Balsamic Vinaigrette


Directions:
Throw everything in a bowl, toss and serve.


Serves 1
300 calories

Tip: Save half of the apple for an afternoon snack served with this Peanut Butter dip.
