Holiday Survial Tip: don't drink your calories
I don't like to drink my calories. It seems wasteful to drink "empty" calories. This year try to cut back on the sugar loaded drinks; hot chocolate, eggnog, cider and alcoholic beverages. Instead choose hot tea or hot water with lemon to sip on.
