Steak Fajita Soup

This is a super easy and super yummy recipe. Perfect for those cold winter nights!



Ingredients:
1lb of fajita steak meat
1/2 package of fajita seasoning
1 can black beans
1 bottle verde salsa
1 can rotel
1/3 c. to 1/2 c. beef broth (as needed)

Directions:

Add all the ingredients to the crock pot and cook on high for 2 hours or until heated thouroughly.

NOTE: I use a frozen precooked fajita steak meat. If you are making the meat yourself precook it. If its not frozen you can decrease your cook time or temperature. This recipe easily doubles to serve more friends and family.

Top with all your favorite fixings and serve! I top with cilantro, non-fat plain greek yogurt, cheese and avocado.
