While wishing for sweaters, boots, scarfs, colorful leaves and chilly weather... I dreamed up this tasty fall treat! It's still a little hot for a pumpkin spice latte so let's just skip it and all the sugar in it!
Salted Caramel Pumpkin Latte Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup cold brewed coffee (can omit and replace with almond milk)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 T. Salted caramel flavoring (I used torani sugar free-can omit if you want plain pumpkin protein smoothie and all natural)
1-2 packets of stevia for desired sweetness
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Throw it all in a blender and blend unil smooth! Enjoy!
