Flatbread Pizza

Pizza doesn't have to be off limits. Throw together this easy pizza for a healthy pizza night. You could even make it a fun, build your own pizza night by letting the kids choose their own toppings.

Choose a low carb flat bread. I like the flatout breads because they are lower carb and have a good amount of protein and fiber.

Ingredients:
Flatbread (1 for each person, my husband eats 2)
Spaghetti sauce or marinara
2% mozzarella cheese
Toppings of your choice
-grilled chicken
-chicken sausage
-ham
-chicken meatballs
-pineapple
-jalapeƱos
-olives
-red peppers
-tomatoes
-anything else you can think of!
We love the chicken meatballs with sliced ham topped with pineapple and jalapeƱos.

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place flatbreads on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 4-5 minutes
2. Remove from oven and spread about 2 T. of sauce on each flatbread,  add toppings and then cheese
3. Bake until cheese is melted.

Each flatbread is between 350-450 calories.
